Upon arrival to test drive an Acadia- we were greeted by everyone and offered assistance. We had already been working with Bob Iaconi, so that?s whom we were there to see. Bob was THE most amazing guy to work with! He was so funny, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! It seems the entire team bent over backwards to get us going in our beautiful new Acadia Denali (just in time to make a dinner date with our friends!) The entire experience was hands down the best one I?ve had at any dealership. We appreciated the ?cut to the chase? approach, so we weren?t there for 12 hours. I?ll definitely recommend to all my friends to check them out!

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

Mr Denis Eitch is an absolute the best after sales advisor, he takes his time and go through every process of the service and explain well to clients; also he is a very efficient man, getting everything done very fast to make it easy for client. I have known this man for over two years now, and I have been recommending him to all my friends that drives a Benz for service. This man deserves a raise !

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Super easy buying process. Very friendly staff. They made me feel welcome and at home. The whole process was very easy and enjoyable. I feel like I got a very good deal for the vehicle I wanted. I will be a customer for life.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

Two days of conversation with conspicuously clever car salesmen and saleswomen at various lots led me finally to Hertz, which I had thought only dealt in car rentals. It was after the second day?s morning and afternoon of futile searching I found an unlikely posting about the particular car I was interested in. Hertz was the dealership selling the vehicle. I made a phone call to its Sahara location and had a wonderful conversation with a Laura Real, a woman whom I took an immediate liking to. She did not seem immediately obsessive with an invitation to her lot. In fact, her initial inquiries were the types that a concerned family member may give his or her kin about a major purchase. Naturally, the observation put me at ease. This impression led me to finally go to the location hours later and see the vehicles she had available. Laura made a pleasant introduction of herself and made it clear that my satisfaction was her priority. She was transparent in her description of the car and its history, and never made an intentional push to run credit or jump into a plan I wasn?t comfortable with. After a day of consideration I returned to the lot, and took another test drive of my vehicle of interest. She was able to find a better vehicle for me, and when I asked to drive the car a second time she was pleasant and unaffected; time is certainly money for the men and women who sell, but my satisfaction remained her priority. To me, this speaks a lot to the integrity of Laura, and the company she works for. We went ahead with the process of contracts and signings, something I had dreaded before. Fortunately it was remarkably smooth and didn?t take more than an hour. She provided me with a thorough description of the financial route I would need to take to have the car, and Hertz?s financial department gave an equally amicable showing. By midday, I was the owner of a new vehicle and felt well treated and confident, and surprised by the whole experience. Laura Real is a sharp and concerned saleswoman, whose integrity was clear from the first conversation. She has certainly changed my opinion about vehicle purchasing, and it is for this reason I highly recommend giving Laura a try in your next car purchase!

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Baja Auto Sales. I was hesitant at first to buy a car with my current financial issues. I was helped by Sunny who got me into a very nice used car with in house financing. The staff at Baja was very professional and respectfull. I was in and out the same day with my new car hassle free. I would recommend Baja Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a nice used car with credit problems and by the way ask for Sunny.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

75K maintenance and LOF plus Transmission fluid change. Experience was good from start to finish. Service Advisor was timely and knowledgeable. Service was done in a timely manner and test drove before return. Vehicle was washed before return.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! My daughter's boyfriend told me about Herz car sales; he bought two cars at Herz resales on Sahara in the last three years and is very happy with the cars, the process and the price. I was in the market for a new Mercedes so I went there on his advice. I bought a 2015 C300 which I love. The price was great, the sales process was relatively painless and Laura Real, the Sales Consultant was the best that I have encountered in my years of car buying. First of all, it was nice to be dealing with a woman as she understood all of my issues but even more importantly, she went above and beyond in term of service. I am a very happy car buyer.

This 2024 Envision Avenir has more than satisfied my expectations. The car is peppy under most conditions even with the 4 cylinder turbo. The large screen on the dash provides a lot of options of what you might want to show and it is easily changed. I believe that it has a very nice look and feel in that inside and nice looking on the outside.

I seen a lot of nice use cars and nice new cars will be back looking in about 90 days,

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

We went there to look at a couple of of used cars. They were so professional, and the cars were in excellent condition. We did purchase a car and are very pleased with the process, the price, and the experience. We plan on returning when we need another car. No stress, just a great experience. Ask for Chris!

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Jay “Justin” at the Las Vegas Hertz Car Sales was outstanding. He does a fantastic job working for your office. The way he interacts with the customers is an absolutely, “A Drop The Mic” moment. He is so good with the other customers including ourselves. It was really fun to work with him and watch him do his job. Your office is very fortunate to have someone like Jay working in your office. Guys like him are very hard to find that can represent the Hertz Brand in an outstanding manner. I am a retired Marine and I would have loved to have him as one of my young Marines in one of my units throughout my Marine Corps career. He would have been an outstanding Marine. Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!
