I purchased a Rav 4 with salesman, Garrett back in 2023. He was a joy to work with. So much so, that I nicknamed my car Mr. G. Since my car is serviced there, I have an excellent rapport with my service advisor, Joshua V. His friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor embodies what it means to provide top-notch customer service. Garrett returned to his home state of Minnesota so, Joshua recommended and introduced me to David Garza, Jr. Not only was J.R. professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but he also has an infectious energy, a genuine warmth that radiates and a commitment to the satisfaction of the customer this visible in each smile and gesture. I had my heart set on a particular color. Unfortunately, it was not on site. J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted. Cory kept on checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect. My day ended with Rene Cantu in finance, who crunched the numbers, factoring in a trade-in value that was satisfactory and brought it all together within my budget. A few days later, J.R. called to let me know my Rav 4 XLE Premium was at the dealership. J.R. added that extra touch by placing a colorful bow on my dream car!!! As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

The service and everything i encountered was nothing less than outstanding. From the service writer the final checkout as always no complaints. And as always i know when i have to have my vehicle serviced i know it will and always be in good hands.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

They were excellent!! Quick and easy and very knowledgeable. Traveled two hours and it was worth the drive

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

We have been buying cars from Willard Shell for many years. He always gives us the best service. The service department and collision center are amazing too!

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

Only negative I could say about the company and it isn?t really a negative is that they don?t accept my vehicle warranty and other dealerships do and it has been proven to pay out on claims. Other than that the service they offer is great

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.
