So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I have been with this dealership for 30 years and I have recommended this dealership to family and friends because CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is important to them. From the sales people to the service department, they are professional, courteous and everyone tries hard to make sure your experience buying a new or used car is a great one. I bought my grandson's 1st car at this dealership and he now understands why I but my cars with this dealership.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I'm generally not a review leaver but I just felt so compelled to share my experience. Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

I bought my 2019 Envision a week ago Low miles certified Premium 11. Beautiful car nice ride plenty of pep with the turbo. Moonroof is awesome. Glad I got it AWD is good in the snow we got here in Vt

This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.

The Buick Envision Essence is an extremely inviting car to drive! I read that it has rattles and noises while driving at higher speeds on the freeway?! I don’t hear or have that issue! The car offers plenty of leg room, head room, and fantastic options for many types of drivers! I would recommend you drive this car to buy it!

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Went to Burns to check out the new 2024 Envision which just started to hit the dealerships long time waiting.DonHarrison was me sales consultant.He had my car appraised I didn't like the numbers this was a 2021 Envision sport pkg. with 33000 miles I told Don cars.com offered me more money.He took the offer to his sales manager who came back a better offer.Don did a very great job while I was finalizing the paper work he went to see if they finished detailing the car. We bought a new Buick Envision Avenir a few weeks ago and it's a beauty. Styling is beautiful and it handles really nice. Interior is very comfortable.

Always pleased with Barlows, especially the girls in the service department. Very knoweldgeable and prompt. No compaints about the service in the garage either.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I was concerned about the oil life percentage. I called for service and I was able to get a Friday when I was available. I originally was going to wait but a friend agreed to pick me up! The service desk was accommodating and the car was ready on time!
