Safety is a big part of their business. When it comes to trade-ins, they are very fair. All the dealers have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable, not to mention they are up front and don't hide anything. Honesty with this dealership has always been great and gets us in just to say hello. They make you feel welcome. They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. Shane and Larry have wonderful personalities and they are at the Boulevard location in Kokomo. I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Just bought this car under 2 months ago, with 40,000 miles on it. Traded in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It has many more safety and comfort features than the Chevy...still learning how to use them all! Very pleased overall so far.

Steve found me a dream car that I had been looking for. This "used" car is like spanking brand new. Being a dialysis patient I needed a remote start and warm seats. Steve is knowledgeable about dialysis as he also has a family member on dialysis and he understood exactly what I was talking about. I love my car. Most reliable one I’ve ever had. Interior is beautiful for the price. Good on gas. It gives luxury for the middle class. 10/10 recommend. If you come across one and want to buy it, do not hesitate🩵

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned it’s always safe reliable and never breaks down! Drove it to Canada and back in 2024 November! 8 hrs straight with 167k on the motor and he didn’t hesitate to take me their! it’s also a very safe car! I hit a barrier trying to avoid high way accident. All it left was a dent I spun. Around and all. The car started right back up and I went on my way past the accident lol. My sister also hit a a dumpster and the previous owner old lady hit something as well. Not like these new cars they will just shatter like glass and cost a fortune. They are cheap to maintain and easy to work on recently my transmission died at 188k. But it was very cheap to find a replacement with low miles for cheap 450 to be exact. Cars is very affordable and easily modified-able to modernize. Lots of space and huge trunk can also fit 6 people. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these you won’t regret it! Chicks digg the Buick! I currently own two of these vehicles; each has over 200,000 miles, and gets the original mileage specs (29mpg highway). A reliable and workhorse car. I had another with 313000 miles that was hit by a truck on the highway - SAD!! They tend to rust (we are in the midwest with a lot of snow and rain, so what do you expect? ). Replaced tires once on each vehicle. Last year. we drove 18000 miles with one, driving all over the US; went to Alaska once with no problems

Unlike most car dealerships, they’re pushy and “up sell” cars but at Indy Luxury Motorsports, they let you make your own decision and your own pace. Definitely give this place a try!

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

They were good enough to notify me that the vehicle sold, saving me over a 200 mile trip.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.
