The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned it’s always safe reliable and never breaks down! Drove it to Canada and back in 2024 November! 8 hrs straight with 167k on the motor and he didn’t hesitate to take me their! it’s also a very safe car! I hit a barrier trying to avoid high way accident. All it left was a dent I spun. Around and all. The car started right back up and I went on my way past the accident lol. My sister also hit a a dumpster and the previous owner old lady hit something as well. Not like these new cars they will just shatter like glass and cost a fortune. They are cheap to maintain and easy to work on recently my transmission died at 188k. But it was very cheap to find a replacement with low miles for cheap 450 to be exact. Cars is very affordable and easily modified-able to modernize. Lots of space and huge trunk can also fit 6 people. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these you won’t regret it! Chicks digg the Buick! My Buick required the rear a/c to be repaired. To facilitate that repair, the dash and the console had to be removed & replaced subsequent to the completed repair. Due to the nature of the repair, I was concerned about the fit & finish of the re-assembled interior. Also, the quietness of the ride. The car was repaired and returned to me in immaculate condition. The ride was as quiet as when new. That was important to me. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. Ed was very reassuring during the entire process that the car would be repaired and returned in the condition it was received by the Buick Service Team. During the majority of the time of repair, I was given a loaner to use. A successful initial encounter with the Malouf Buick Service Team under Ed.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Best experience I've ever had with a dealership service department! Michelle and Jack picked up my car and returned it to me!! Friendly, clean, pleasant and competent. So rare these days. I would recommend them highly, especially over Freehold Buick. Freehold Buick tried to rip me off on several occasions. They lied to me and were disrespectful. I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

Very friendly interaction. Timely communication and repair. Very thorough service. Always making a service issue with the car not an issue or a problem. Always an excellent experience. Would not want to go anywhere else for routine or emergency service. More than five stars.

It’s been six months since I bought my GMC Terrain here. The car’s great - roomy, comfortable, easy to drive. I use their service center regularly. Staff are friendly and parts are genuine, but brake disc replacement seems a bit pricey. Might compare next time.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

Slightly disappointed: I wanted a specific Yukon trim that was listed online, but by the time I arrived, it was already sold. The manager Ken apologized, offered another option and a service discount. Fair enough, though I wish listings updated faster.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

Asked if a full remote purchase is possible - they said yes: you apply online, handle financing, then just come in to sign. That’s convenient if you don’t live nearby.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.
