I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable. Thank you Obi One & Sergio! Still can't believe that car is mine!

Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Always a good experience with the service team. Service Rep. Luis Navarette was a great help. Professional and informative. I was having an electrical problem and he scanned my vehicle and located the problem. It was a screen and module that had gone bad. He made sure it was covered under warranty since I purchased a used car. He confirmed it and I paid for nothing. Great job

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

I can't write too much about this vehicle. The shop has had it longer than me. There seems to be an "out of balance" kind of shake when the vehicle reaches about 25 MPH. I have no doubt that the service team will find and correct the problem. I purchased this vehicle based on the fact that my mother had a Somerset and lent it to me for a week. That car was very comfortable and I knew this Enclave would live up to those standards. The SUV comfort was off the charts compared to that Somerset. For the short time I have driven it, I was pleased. I hope the shop finds the problem soon. I miss the comfort

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.
