I've bought somewhere around ten to twelve cars and trucks in my lifetime with most of the experiences being unremarkable and not particularly standing out in any memorable way except when they were bad. This is the first time I've ever made a point to set time aside to write a review after buying a new vehicle and I'm doing it now because I feel I have an obligation to anyone out there giving serious consideration in buying one. Buying a new car or truck can be an extremely stressful experience for a lot of reasons, but picking the right dealership is hands down one of, if not the most, important choices you'll make in the entire process. I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X from Sheehy GMC Fredericksburg, and I can honestly say it was the best vehicle-buying experience I?ve ever had. I?ve bought plenty of trucks over the years, but nothing has ever come close to the level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care I received here. My salesman, Joey Mastin, was exceptional from start to finish. His communication was flawless ? clear, consistent, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right truck, not just making a sale. Joey is exactly the kind of salesperson every dealership wishes they had. A huge shoutout also goes to DJ Bruce, the General Manager. DJ and the team went above and beyond to give me an extremely good deal on my new truck and an excellent trade-in allowance on the one I brought in. Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I had my Chevrolet Suburban in for repairs and April Myers the service representative helped resolve my repairs that wasn?t covered under my Easycare warranty. I am not happy with Easycare warranty services as they would cover a full radio replacement but with still having issues with the radio would not cover any additional repairs related to the radio. My baby name is Sunshine. The color I was showed was not the color I got. I love blue when I saw the blue it was different, It didn't pop, I was still like ok whatever, as long as it's blue, she'll grow on me. Before I get her I had only seen one a few yrs back and was puzzled like a buick with a rag top?? Is that a convertible?? Anyway, fast forward... usually when u buy a car u start seeing a lot of them. Well, I didn't so I'm looking at cars (waiting on the delivery of mines) I finally seen the blue I was getting and I was like, ok that's cute. The day of my new arrival. Omg she was more beautiful in person and the Blue was NOT the blue I thought. She popped!!! This baby is beautiful and rides so smooth I wanted something different and she has not disappointed me at all she had 15,910mi I've had her for a lil over 6mos. She sitting at 25k now. Absolutely no regrets i am her third and prayfully her last owner.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Originally I went to the dealership to get a truck, but it was already in the process of getting sold. Eric was able to not only get me the exact same truck I wanted, but also one with the color I preferred. Price was great, and the customer service was top notch. Friendly, great communication, and very patient in dealing with a complicated purchase arrangement. I would definitely recommend the dealer, and would buy from them again.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area
