Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

We drove out to London Motors on a Saturday thinking it was closed. The jeep we wanted to see wasn't on the lot so we sent a message to the dealership through Cars.com. Tommy got back to us within minutes despite being closed and set us up with an appointment to see the jeep. We weren't expecting to see or test drive it that day, but that is exactly what happened. The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

My baby name is Sunshine. The color I was showed was not the color I got. I love blue when I saw the blue it was different, It didn't pop, I was still like ok whatever, as long as it's blue, she'll grow on me. Before I get her I had only seen one a few yrs back and was puzzled like a buick with a rag top?? Is that a convertible?? Anyway, fast forward... usually when u buy a car u start seeing a lot of them. Well, I didn't so I'm looking at cars (waiting on the delivery of mines) I finally seen the blue I was getting and I was like, ok that's cute. The day of my new arrival. Omg she was more beautiful in person and the Blue was NOT the blue I thought. She popped!!! This baby is beautiful and rides so smooth I wanted something different and she has not disappointed me at all she had 15,910mi I've had her for a lil over 6mos. She sitting at 25k now. Absolutely no regrets i am her third and prayfully her last owner.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !
