I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Once again I recently had an easy and helpful appointment at Hyundai of Venice. My recall notice was completed within a 1/2 hour and additional questions about my Santa Fe were answered quickly and informatively by your staff. I continue to be impressed with this dealership and the pros who work there as a team. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

This service was my first one since buying my Tucson in Ct. I recently moved to Fort Myers. The service advisor (David Sanchez) was very patient, courteous and he answered all my questions.The service was fast, and considering I took it at 4:15pm. Everything was explained to me and I was out in 45min.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.
