I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle configuration for my wife because she really only cares about the color, and I wanted a loaded Explorer (for me) in Atlas Blue (for her; a 2021 color not available on the 22s). So I was referred to Mike Smith and he was great to work with. He contacted me almost immediately and answered the questions that he could while taking down the unanswered questions that he needed to find out about. We texted and emailed back-and-forth for a bit and when it was clear to me that this was the vehicle I was looking for, I put down a deposit and we made arrangements to visit. Mike even picked us up at the airport. Very nice guy and easy to talk to, but he's also a good listener and never pushed us into anything that we weren't looking for. We drove the vehicle and of course my wife loved it. So we drove to the dealership and did a little bit of paperwork and the vehicle was ours. The gentleman in Finance (Jonathan McCoy) was great to work with also. We went through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly and we were able to get on the road to enjoy the new vehicle. I've been buying cars/trucks for about 45 years and have owned 30-something vehicles and I don't think I have had a better buying experience. We live several hours away (as I mentioned, we flew to Bentonville) but it was definitely worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat and will call Mike the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I met with Jonathan regarding extended warranty for my truck. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions regarding the coverage and explained all to me.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor.
