My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

Good buying experience. Only complaint is how long it took to receive a vehicle after ordering it. Took 11 weeks from when I ordered it to take delivery.

I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

So far so good, response has been a little slow lately. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.
