Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

Needed a second car to keep the miles down on my leased Acura ILX. It’s not something I am driving everyday so it doesnt need to be as nice as my Acura. I walked around the lot and found a nice honda with good miles. The price was right. I didn't have it in me to play hardball with the kid. They got me an extended warranty for a minor additional charge, which I know I am going to use in the future. I’m not handy, that is why I lease new Acuras. But they worked with me. Only thing they need is a coffee maker and maybe a nice donut spread like they do at the Acura dealer

It’s stylish, professional escape will have you want to be in the vehicle more then in your house. I feel as though I’ve escaped from life when I’m in my car. My happy place :)

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I didn’t end up buying from this dealership, but honestly, they were really cool and easy to deal with with a more than reasonable dealer fee… easily the the best dealership I went to in the area. Just thought I should right a review saying they’re good people.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. I am appreciative of their empathy towards my current situations and thankful that they did not let me down. They are not the typical car dealers, rather saints working miracles. Reba Nell McEntire

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

The fine gentlemen at NJ Auto Pros really know how to work out a deal! I had very little money as I am on disability due to a series of unfortunate work accidents. I was currently rolling around in a busted up Lincoln continental that looked like it was old during the bicentennial. The boys took my car in as a trade to help offset the cost of the new car. The car really should have been junked however they made me a beyond fair offer for my car. Hope I do not need another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will be calling the boys at NJ Auto Pros. Incredibly reliable. Even the Northstar motor for these were good. Most comfortable car I've ever driven, and I can't wait to buy another. Bumps aren't noticeable and standard options are fantastic, and it's a completely bulletproof car. A real tank, too. Got in an accident and he totalled his car. The Buick didn't even have a dent!

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

The best automobile I've ever owned. It's 2024 now and I've really have only had it in the shop for routine maintenance and a recall in transmission. My AC is causing me some issues lately that no one seems to be able to diagnose. I live in S.E Texas and it gets very hot down here so I may have to trade it for a newer one. Love my Buick Enclave.

I had purchased my first Buick in 2017 when my current vehicle bit the dust. I was a traveling journeyman electrician stuck in Des Moines, Iowa. I purchased the 2003 LeSabre for $500 and wasn't expecting it to last long. It had 87k miles on it and was used as a winter car only. It gave up in the spring of 2021 with 350k miles on the odometer. It was fixable, but I let it go. I'm about to purchase another, same year, same make and model, with a shade over 100k miles....

2012 Verano has over 200,000 miles. It is very comfortable and I love my car. I do take care of it and keep the service up.

Overall I had a great experience while purchasing my vehicle today. Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

Bought this car after much research and found it had been on the market for 2 years in Europe as an Opel Astra. Would normally not buy a new model first year. Other than regular maintenance and some known issues, I’ve been extremely pleased. Today at 55k miles, it still feels an drives just as solid as it did many years ago. The oils burning issue has been a known problem of which I have not experienced. Overall I’m very satisfied with this vehicle and look forward to running it for many more years!

Car has been good have had it for a couple of years but Now both doors on passenger side will either lock or they won't. And I feel like that's a problem.

I love my Enclave. The first time I saw a picture in a magazine, I knew it was the one I wanted. I only have 60,000 miles on it. I bought it New, Premium. The family vacation vehicle. Although I fly a lot. The front lights did it for me!!!

I had my 2013 Buick Vearno (Leather Group) from 2014 - 2022, and LOVED it. I moved, and wasn't able to bring the car. The resale value was about half of what I paid for it in 2014 (a lot more than what I was expecting), and I'm seeing CarMax/Carvanna etc sell it for almost the same price as what I bought it at in 2014! I have nothing but good things to say about having the Buick Verano; My sister even borrowed it for long drives across the US from time to time. I felt safe in the vehicle, and didn't have a single car issue. The battery was replaced in 2022 (car purchased in 2014), because I didn't realize that batteries needed changing every few years! I can't wait until I can buy another Buick, to be honest!

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.
