It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

Very honest about me not needing repairs at this time. Timely response to my inquiry. Conveniently located to me. Very clean waiting room and service area.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

While I haven't bought from them, yet, simply inquiring about a car was such a smooth process. They responded to my inquiry within the hour and were clear and honest about where the truck I was looking at was. While the truck I was looking for was sold, they asked for my preferences (offering to pull inventory from 5 lots) while promising to keep me in the loop regarding trade ins or auction cars brought in. Went to the dealership after looking at the 2010 dodge journey online on the car gurus app showed the wife and she wanted to look at it. So we drove from Big Rapids to Durand. While we were looking for the vechicle Kelly French came out and greeted us. The vechicle was at another lot so she drove us to the vechicle and we did the test drive, wife loved it. So now comes the process of wheeling and dealing. Although the journey was at the lowest price possible and was just over 1800 below blue book we paid the price they were asking. Now comes the dealing we had to finance a portion of the price and they had a couple of ladies in the finance department doing the magic. I have a crap credit score and my wife dont have credit, so my wife and I was about to leave when Kristen came in and got us an awesome payment plan and a 3 year warranty that covers all the important parts of the vechicle plus tires and rims. So when we got there it was close to 2 or 3 and we left at 8. My wife and my credit made them work for the money. Lol. But all in all it was the better of the experiences I had at the dealership in the past. I will be back when I need to purchase another vechicle.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

My husband and I recently purchased our sixth car from Capital Auto Sales. I know that the term, "used car salesman", has typically been an insult. Joseph and his crew are the exception to this rule. We have always had an amazing experience with them. Yesterday, when my husband and I were in there, Darius helped us out. He got us an incredible deal on an incredible car that matched every qualification we wanted. If you go in there and they don't have what you want, they are eager and happy to look for what you want at the auctions that they go to. My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.

I purchased a 2021 Buick Envision Avenir in March 2021. I think it is a beautiful vehicle inside and out. It is very quiet and provides a nice driving experience. It has a lot of features that would have cost me a great deal more on a competitor's model.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

I bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Pete's auto sales Lansing, MI. Vehicle was absolutely clean. Pete is good person to work with. He stayed until after 9pm dealing with our insurance company just so we could drive away with the Vehicle. Our insurance company had computer issues. He is very helpful and doesn't push you to buy a vehicle. We drove over an hour and 15 minutes to get there. We are very pleased with everything from start to finish with Pete's auto sales.

I love my Enclave. The first time I saw a picture in a magazine, I knew it was the one I wanted. I only have 60,000 miles on it. I bought it New, Premium. The family vacation vehicle. Although I fly a lot. The front lights did it for me!!!

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I traveled from out of state and found the staff to be accommodating, courteous and professional. The owner even personally thanked me for the business. The paperwork was completed promptly and all was in order for the trip home.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

The salespeople were so very patient with me. They listened to my wants and needs, and never tried to up sell me on something that was out of my range. They all were so very patient with me. I tried to get a vehicle a few months back and it didn?t work out. I came back and they treated me with kindness and respect. I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

Just bought this car under 2 months ago, with 40,000 miles on it. Traded in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It has many more safety and comfort features than the Chevy...still learning how to use them all! Very pleased overall so far.

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

They had the truck ready to test drive when I arrived, we talked about the final price so there was no hidden costs, they even lowered the price off the listed price. I told him I had to check out another truck and he let me without bugging me that I should just get his. Later in the day I came back and bought the truck. Paperwork was quick and easy. The truck was clean and well taken care of. The dealers were very friendly.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.
