I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I have owned my Buick Rainier since 2015 I have had only one issue and that was being able to turn sharp curves or corners...I got stuck in a drive thru window. Had to go over the curb. We removed the front axle so I am not all wheel drive. I only have a rear wheel drive and I can turn on it on a dime. I love my reindeer. A dime

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I purchased a used 2018 Dodge Durango from Dylan Wagener. The experience was great! Dylan is very personable and friendly as well as the finance person at the dealership.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.
