For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Stephen was kind, patient, and had the car detailed for me when I came to pick it up, and even installed a new battery to make sure I would have no issues going forward. The buying process was easy and simple and everyone was friendly. I am not sure what Maria’s official title is at the dealership but she dealt with all of the paperwork to sign once I bought the car and she was extremely nice as well. I was very nervous with buying a car and they made sure I had all questions answered and felt comfortable with the entire process and explained things to me more than once when I didn’t quite understand some things. I have had mine for 5 years . The only issue is the trim peeling . It handles great in the snow here in the mountains colorado.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

Bought this car after my wife said she missed her old Solara convertible. She loves it. Drives well. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint so far is that the trunk is small—and with the top down it’s almost non-existent. Her golf clubs ride in the front seat. We’ve only had it two weeks, so can’t comment meaningfully on reliability. But she loves it.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

I had a great experience with Rosewood. No high pressure, Ryan was friendly and accommodating but not at all pushy. The car was not only clean, but the mechanicals checked out. It came with a 3 month dealer warranty, but I got the 48 month/100k protection plan as added security. The navigation system was draining the battery, a Subaru recall issue,but they had that replaced and knocked $1000 off the price for trouble. Financing was no problem, we had a couple of options, including Wright-Par CU, so I could go local for that. Now I'm driving a nice, clean 2019 Outback with loads of features at a good price.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Super quick process only took about 20 mins or so for the paperwork to due. this is our second from them, they tell you how it is and what they know about it. there used cars i cant afford a 40K new car nor do i have the credit for one so we stick with used . i think they get a bad rap for telling you how it is. most people want everthing sugar coated they take great care of us and also repair our two other cars. good people

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

We Had been searching for the right Kia Soul (manual) for a few months. Had a couple bad experiences at other places after driving 2 hours for a car that was not in the shape as the salesman had described. TJ was honest about any imperfections on the car and was pleasantly surprised with how clean the car was when we got there. The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!
