I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Jonathan Dawson was extremely helpful in purchasing my Honda civic. We had previously purchased a van from Jonathan a few years back and were happy to work with him again. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and also helped me get a pretty good deal, even with today’s interest rates.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

I have been a customer of O'Brien Honda for many years now. When Honda announced they were reintroducing the Honda Civic Hybrid, I decided to sell my other cars and drive just the one exclusively. I went to the dealership and met with Johnathan Dawson, a very competent sales professional that I had done business with before. I must say that again, I was not disappointed with the choice on any level. Johnathan saw to my needs by first explaining that I could place a small deposit down to request my personal choices in what I would like to see in the new Hybrid. I made my choices and left him with a small payment and he did the rest. Knowing that he would follow through with all the steps it would take to acquire the new Touring version of the Hybrid, gave me all the assurance I needed to relax and just bid the time needed for Honda to build exactly what I wanted. He kept frequent communication by sending me me the much anticipated texts that kept me aware of each step of the manufacturing process. I counted the days as they passed and in the end, news of the new Civic's arrival to the O'Brien lot, came without incident. Now. a couple of months later, the new Civic is sitting in my garage, just begging to be driven. I love its look and have gotten many compliments on how refined and sporty it looks. The car drives in spirited fashion, and is very capable and comfortable when doing so. I am very pleased. It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward

Extremely pleasing experience.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor.
