I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

As usual, Brad and Tom (service writers) took excellent care of me and the shop took good care of my truck. Once again service was timely and fair. Even though I'm retired now and not driving much, me and my 20 year old Avalanche still get treated like I did when I was working, putting 75,000 miles a year on my Ryan purchased Chevys. I never hesitate to recommend Ryan Auto Mall to anyone!

I've always had great experiences at Lenzen. Services are performed in a timely manner. Vehicle detailing is excellent. Service writers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Rental vehicles are available if you're having your vehicle serviced there.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I have a 2018 TourX which I bought new on the early months of 2019. At the date of this review, I have put only 20,000 miles on this car. I am not a connoisseur of high end cars, but I do know when a car is fun to drive, sporty and practical. I am getting the best bang for my bucks with this car. With limited production and stunted promotion from Buick I rarely see any on roads. It's a shame.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.
