We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I have been driving Lincolns since 1976 and this Buick Enclave is equal or better. But the cost is about 50% less and has more room than my Navigator.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

I normally hate shopping for a car because it’s such a pain. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. oil change, repair tire monitor and purchase windshield wipers to about 3 hours. Work was done very well. Walser Buick is a very popular dealership and sometimes you have to wait a bit. All is well and I will continue to purchase vehicles from them as well as servicing them.

This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. Everyone from front desk to finance was friendly and took the initiative to leave us with as few questions as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend doing a test drive with John and with Luther!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Just bought this car under 2 months ago, with 40,000 miles on it. Traded in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It has many more safety and comfort features than the Chevy...still learning how to use them all! Very pleased overall so far.

Everything went well, and I have been extremely satisfied with the entire process. The buying process was great and I returned a few weeks later to have accessories installed.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

Purchased 2015 used and I love it. Leather seats, plenty of room, rides like a Cadillac. Small issues I fixed myself (yes, I am a girl), no engine issues. Drove it 800 miles to Calif. in 2016, now it's for work and fun.

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

Only trouble I’ve had is with the relay in the rear fuse box under the back seat.. I found a video on YouTube regarding this issue. It should be recalled. Very poor design in placing the fuse box. Had to replace the fuse box, and modify my seat to not press against the cover which burns out the relay in the fuse box. Should’ve been a shorter relay.

It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward
