I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Runde's service department is always pleasant to work with. They have always been very accommodating. Repairs are done quickly at a reasonable price. I've also had great experiences when purchasing my vehicles from Runde.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

We recently replaced my wife's car with a 2019 Buick Lacrosse AWD in the Avenir trim line and it has proven to be a great car. The must-haves were AWD, ventilated seats and enough room. This resulted in cross-shopping a LOT of different brands and vehicles that normally would not be compared. I was leaning toward a one of the big 3 Japan makers but she wanted to give Buick a chance. In the end we found this specific car listed in Auto Trader at a local dealership. It checked all the boxes and had more than enough high-end features to satisfy without having to make the large price leap to Cadillac. The ebony and chestnut interior is fabulous and the interior is made of high-quality materials. GM interiors have had a long reputation for cheap materials but not this one. True the lower door pocket panels are hard plastic but virtually everything you actually see and feel while driving is great. The switch gear all has a good feel and the controls are pretty intuitive. Even the shifter that has gotten some flack in some reviews is actually easy to get used to. The power and power delivery from the 310 hp 3.6L V6 and 9 speed transmission is great. The only small issue is some lag after stomping on the gas at speed. But once the power comes on it comes on hard and the overall throttle response is great. The brake pedal and feel is fantastic - smooth and linear with no gabbiness. The performance is really impressive especially for a full size sedan. The engine auto-shutoff is not intrusive but it cannot be disabled. The handling with the 20" wheels and adaptive suspension is incredibly impressive. Sport mode adds some weight to the steering and firms up the ride a bit. I was surprised by the extremely good predicted reliability rating that the Lacrosse had (higher than the Toyota Avalon) so that eases my mind about going with this particular GM product. Yes, this car, with every possible option on it in the Avenir trim, gets perilously close to the price of some offerings from the luxury brands but I don't care. It has AWD and most of the others don't offer it.

5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

I just traded my 8 year old pick-up for a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. This was my 21st new car purchase I've made in my life. My experience at Richardson Motors made this experience the best I've ever had. The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

Great vehicle - low mileage, decent purchase price, runs smooth, clean and it has everything I wanted. They also fixed a few dings before I picked it up.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.
