This is the 2nd vehicle I've gotten from royal. First one last me almost 8 years used. Anyone who knows me knows im rough on my vehicles and mine finally went out of commission. I was upside down on a charger I got years ago and these guys worked with me to get me in a truck with keeping my payments within means to my pay. And again this last week they worked with me and again kept me within means to reliable payments with a vehicle. Friendly fast and willing to jump thru hoops to satisfy their clients. I would recommend anyone here first and I will return years down the road to get another vehicle and quite possibly an RV when the time is right. Thanks again Justin Eric and Calvin. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

At our local car lot I had driven 2 cars and wasn't satisfied with either I asked if the dealer had more in my price range..he said no...as I was leaving I saw a nice looking car I said hey there's no price on this is it someones? he said no it had just come in.. I asked could I drive it he said sure...As soon as I sat down I knew this was one great car! It was clean inside and out I said to my girlfriend ..if this starts right up, I'm buying it...well it started right up I left the lot for the test drive and it drove quiet, smooth as silk. I was in love but then I've always loved Buick's I've owned 5 in my 70 years. Super car. 2002 bought in 2024 with 120k. $4950.

I took my venue to your dealership because the cruise control was not working. Your techs quickly figured out that it was some error codes left over from some work I had done to the car. They cleared codes and replaced a couple of fuses and had me in and out of the shop quickly and at a very reasonable price.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I had a great experience at Bob Thomas Ford. I found the staff to be curtious and helpful. At no point did I feel any pressure. They let my wife and I check out the vehicle we were interested in with nothing more than a "let me know if you have any questions" and "what did you think?" at the end. I found the entire experience pretty laid back and easy.

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. Jim Klein a salesman came out to greet us and show us the truck. We ended up purchasing the truck and trading in our F150 and Honda Accord. I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.
