Although, I did not buy the pre-owned car I looked at but instead I am going to buy a new car in a couple months, and I am looking forward to working with Jimmy on the purchase. My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

My husband was not happy with a gap between the hood & fender. He thinks that when they pulled the radiator support they should have pulled it more then you would not have the gap. The job took longer than we thought it take. They had the car almost two weeks. I would recommend them to buy a car through. We always had good experience with purchasing a car. My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

Bought this car after my wife said she missed her old Solara convertible. She loves it. Drives well. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint so far is that the trunk is small—and with the top down it’s almost non-existent. Her golf clubs ride in the front seat. We’ve only had it two weeks, so can’t comment meaningfully on reliability. But she loves it.
