So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. Also, many thanks, to Joe Grego for capturing the moment by taking a picture of me and my wife in front of our 2023 GMC Terrain. He was thoughtful and respectful to ask our permission to post the picture on social media. We would not have that picture to look back on for memories of our first vehicle if not for him. I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I received my free oil change and had my mud guards installed. The service was qucker than I expected.

I had a very good experience at Lakeside Toyota with sales agent Leonard Young. His professionalism was outstanding and very knowledgeable with my vehicle purchased & operations (2025 used Chevrolet Tahoe) on 4/30/25. His customer service and mannerism was top notch as well. I purposely waited a couple of months before writing this review because I wanted to see what kind of follow up Rainbow did and I wanted to go through the first service of the truck with their service department. I purchased the Sierra 1500 truck with the small diesel engine in April. It has been a fantastic truck so far and I am getting over 30 mpg on the Causeway. First, it was a pleasure dealing with the salesperson, Rocky Comeaux. She was not pushy, she listened and she answered questions. There were two questions that she did not know the answer to - and instead of making up a response, she asked someone in her department. Having been in sales at one time for 8 years, this was refreshing that a salesperson did not try to "look good" in front of the customer and not look like she did not know what she was doing and made sure my questions were answered correctly. Rocky has followed up with me several times since the purchase to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Second, I traded in a 2004 Dodge Ram truck with over 360,000 miles with the original motor and transmission. I take care of my vehicles, and longevity of the truck was important to me. As such, the long term warranty options were of interest. Rainbow explained them, and they treated me fair on my trade in. Third, paying for the vehicle was easy and picking it up was seamless. Fourth, I recently brought the truck in for the first oil change and service. The service department was booked for over a week but getting the appointment was easy on the app and I picked up the truck later that day at my convenience. The only hiccup on the service was that the DEF was not refilled. When I brought this to the service department's attention, they immediately apologized and filled it up asap. The service department was very easy to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them as we have a 2013 GMC Suburban still going strong.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Our salesman, Landon Crane, is new and even didn’t have his business cards yet but he’s gonna go far. He was extremely polite, willing to answer questions and had no problem getting up to ask about an answer he wasn’t certain of. I appreciated he wasn’t pushy, condescending, or fake. He may be young and just getting started but you won’t go wrong by requesting him for your salesman. The young man knows how to give an appropriate handshake on top of all his other positive qualities. From start to finish it was a relaxed buying experience. Give him a call!

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway
