I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Heat Every thing works 💪 I got this for a low price, I've already put 10,000 miles on it I drive to my daughter's 600 miles away. I have owned a Reatta and from being a car freak, I actually liked this unique car. It's unique because it was made when American car manufacturers were getting hammered from overseas competitors on quality. This car was a joint effort between GM and the UAW to prove that American meant quality once again. The amount of these cars still on the road over 20 years later is vindication and a testament to the quality put into this car. I mean, this car had electronic everything when most cars still used mechanical devices powered from the motor. To maintain and service this car is very inexpensive (if you know what your doing). The headlights are very bright and the handling on this car is corvette quality. If you are one of the lucky ones who had a CD player, you were set. There is a very large collectors car community created from this breed of Buick that has almost all the parts you would ever need through their network. It is a timeless classic built when Detroit needed to prove something and they did. If only all of American cars had this workmanship put into all their cars.
