I currently own two of these vehicles; each has over 200,000 miles, and gets the original mileage specs (29mpg highway). A reliable and workhorse car. I had another with 313000 miles that was hit by a truck on the highway - SAD!! They tend to rust (we are in the midwest with a lot of snow and rain, so what do you expect? ). Replaced tires once on each vehicle. Last year. we drove 18000 miles with one, driving all over the US; went to Alaska once with no problems

This car was way Advanced from the rest of the cars in its time it was very comfortable with 16-way power seats on both sides with all the amenities everything was push button didn't have navigation back then but it had distance from mileage on trip settings and everything it was a wonderful car I owned it for almost 30 years until got flooded out down here in Florida best car I ever owned if they made it I would make again I would own one of them maybe two I give the other one to my wife it was an excellent car

I was in need of routine maintenance including new tires in between business trips. The service staff was able to arrange a plan suitable for both their and my needs which resulted with successful completion of the work required. Purchased 2015 used and I love it. Leather seats, plenty of room, rides like a Cadillac. Small issues I fixed myself (yes, I am a girl), no engine issues. Drove it 800 miles to Calif. in 2016, now it's for work and fun.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. We showed up without an appointment, but Ray was quick to help and didn’t miss a beat. I noticed every car I test drove looked freshly washed—maybe just timing, but if he did it on purpose, that extra effort didn’t go unnoticed. He was super honest the whole time, even recommending the used Chevy over a new GMC when he easily could’ve pushed the more expensive option. My car came with a full tank, which surprised me since most dealers leave it nearly empty. He got us a good deal on the plate, found the best rate, and had all the paperwork ready when we came back. The rest of the staff was helpful, and they offered great warranty options. After months of shopping around and talking to a ton of dealers, I’m glad Ray was the one we ended up buying from.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

EXCELLENT service. Showroom and Service Dept staff are always friendly, professional, polite, and very helpful in addressing our questions and concerns. We have dealt with Causley for many years, and their excellent service is what brings us back.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I was able to get an oil change as a walk in at this facility. I had a scheduled appointment with another facility and they still couldn't get me in for two hours. Causley was very friendly and accommodating.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Teresa at Serra Kia service is the best! She is very sweet, attentive, patient and professional. Always keeping me posted on my car's service. She goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need. She sent a shuttle for me so I could pick up my car when the work was completed.

I had a big issue with my Buick enclave transmission, it is obviously a manufacturer issue, my car stayed for long while till the issue diagnosed and repaired, and I had to take it back again. I can?t deny that everyone in the dealership?s service department including service manager and my advisor did their best to make me happy, and actually I am! This car meet all of my expectations, warm, comfortable, neat, grand and wild. The body is sleek, seats are comfortable and heated and appreciate the remote starter.

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.
