My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

When it was time to buy another car went back to may motor company to look first found a truck i fell in love with but just wanted to go look at a couple other places after having a sales man trying force me to buy a truck i said no and then returned to May motor to buy the truck i fell in love with. Once again rich and the team was nothing but stellar again. Rich would be the only one i would by a car from and drive it across the country with out even thinking about it. Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

V6 has smooth power delivery. 9 speed transmission is smooth. AWD is great for South Dakota winter driving. Quiet cabin while driving 80mph on the Interstate. Some creaks and rattles when you hit pot holes.

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

I had been searching nationwide for a VW Phaeton for roughly a year. Found what i hope is a decent example from this dealership. Jim was extremely helpful and the transaction went seamlessly. Trusting someone when buying a car across the country is something difficult to do when being able to inspect or visualize the car in person isn't an option. For the price i am extremely satisfied and barring anything outside of expected condition of an older car - i fully assume to be pleased with the entire purchase. Jim was responsive and answered any of the questions that I had and has followed through to help make sure the vehicle is loaded and shipped my direction. Barring a non-running vehicle upon arrival I don't see why I wouldn't highly recommend doing business with this dealership! To date the experience has been fantastic!

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

This was our 25 year old son’s birthday present. (Had been in a wreck) Tito put the car in our driveway while we were at dinner. Keys inside a birthday box. A little Thompson swag bag. This is how you get lifetime customers. It was all his idea. Please ask for Tito. The best dealer I have ever had the privilege of working with. Found car online. Price out the door was the same price to the penny as advertised. Car came with list of repairs that had been made in shop. (It was well used) a 3 month, 3000 mile power train warranty. The paperwork was easy and ready for me. Tom, the Finance Manager was wonderful. I’ve been to a lot of dealers, bought a lot of cars, but I have never been treated as well as I was at Thompson Sales. Extra special? Not a single person asked if, My husband needed to come in, see it, approve it, yes this still happens on 2025. So women, this is your go to dealer. Great experience.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.
