It started when Matt saw me drive in to the service bay and walked over to greet me with a smile. I had a question about our navigation screen that honestly was driving me nuts—he showed me how to fix it in a jiffy. We were in for a simple oil change, but Matt also after checking our tires warned us that new tires would be coming due and provided a few estimates so we could prepare for that upcoming expense. Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

Bought a 2011 Honda Element with 4WD. I spotted the internet listing and immediately contacted the dealership. I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

Not only did they have a car available, they added no hidden markups, they were upfront about $399 PPF dealer add-on. They worked out everything possible over the phone and the in-person experience from the sales team, financing and car trade in was seamless, efficient and everyone was kind, polite and always available to answer questions or help.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I recently traveled from Indy to Toyota of Muncie because I needed to trade in my lease and find a new car. I was helped first on the phone by Josh Chamness and then later that afternoon in the store. He asked plenty of questions about what I was looking for and by the time I arrived he had a couple cars in mind and took me right to them. I picked out a car and he was able to give me a fair price. He was even willing to bring the car to Indy so my husband could test drive it. Even though I did not purchase from Toyota of Muncie, Josh was a great partner in finding the best deal possible. So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

Very fast and pleasant experience when i went in i knew exactly what i wanted got it and was very pleased and impressed with the buying process and it was very professional atmosphere

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Very efficient. I was in and out in two hours. The salesman was very informative especially since the vehicle was completely different from what my old vehicle was.

This car feels like experiencing a level of driving that no mortal was supposed to feel. Truly a divine car. Must say two deer at once is not good news for it though :( I miss mine so much, definitely the best sedan I’ve ever owned. It’s not even close

OK, financial Dept was a little slow but only because they were really busy which is a good thing, overall it was a good experience

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Our Salesman Johnny was awesome to deal with? although it was almost a 4 hour drive (1 way) for us . It was well worth it .. no one around us had the vehicle we wanted

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I was having trouble with monitor showing a problem with 1 of my tire sensors & service department diagnosed the problem quickly & was able to repair without my having to make another appointment saving me making another trip for repairs. They explained what needed to be done & so far everything is working fine.

I love my car. Most reliable one I’ve ever had. Interior is beautiful for the price. Good on gas. It gives luxury for the middle class. 10/10 recommend. If you come across one and want to buy it, do not hesitate🩵

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!
