So let's do the honest review. Melton was our first stop for car buying as they had the best deals in the local area on Rams. Online they consistently were beating local big names in Tulsa and surrounding areas on price and I monitored prices since September so about 3 months. We drove the 30 minutes or so up there from midtown and when we arrived we weren't attacked while inspecting vehicles on the lot. In fact we came in and were promptly greeted we told are sales rep Baley about the vehicles we were interested and he grabbed the keys and paperwork for a test drive while they copied my license. From there we returned. The price negotiation was on! Unfortunately there was not a lot of room to budge but this is expected for a family owned company especially one where sales do not work on commission and are salary. They offered us water and snacks several times. Everyone wore masks. While I was there I saw they were helping another vet (it was veterans day so as an army vet I was dead set on getting a truck that day) and the care and attention they showed was astonishing. Bailey even offered a gentleman crossing the street in a wheelchair help. We still felt the price was worth checking a different dealer out....big mistake we should have just stayed. It was such a nightmare that by the time it was said and done, we drove straight back to Melton. Baley had our same offer ready and we went to see Greg who was able to accommodate us and kept us rolling laughing as we signed over our first born (or at least a lot of money). This was such a family experience and presence in the place. I could not be happier with my new purchase and will be back. Their prices and handling of sales and contracts by Baley and Greg were better then any of the dealers in Tulsa metro area, for this truck search or my last car search a few years ago. Thank you Melton and thank you Baley and Greg. This veteran got his truck on veterans day thanks to your superior prices and honest evaluations and family feelings. I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.
