I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

I Ordered my 2023 Sierra 2500HD at Barlow and not everything went as smooth as I thought it should. Building and ordering a new HD truck is not something you get to learn by experience. The average buyer just doesn?t do it more than once in a life time. However, After driving the Truck for 2 &1/2 years I couldn?t be happier. What seemed to matter during the experience of ordering, waiting And excepting delivery of the truck quickly became non issues as I am throughly enjoying the truck and using it as originally intended. Jamie who was our salesman has been attentive and and always willing to assist with answering questions and helping us u destined the technical aspects of the truck. I?ve had all of my service done at Barlow and I?m not usually optimistic when dealing with a Dealership service department but the staff and technicians at Barlow have been amazing fair and reasonable. Recently Alison has gone above and beyond in addressing issue I?ve brought to them. Can?t say enough. I?ll admit I only try to keep my expectations low but Barlow service has far exceeded them.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Dante was phenomenal from start to finish. The manager Russ introduced himself as well. The entire time felt relaxed and not pressured. Total opposite from previous dealerships I dealt with. I never really LOVE the vehicles I choose, but this one I truly love! I am very happy with my whole experience, they even filled my gas tank, a little gesture that goes a long way. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Before purchasing my Buick Envision Avenir I researched and test drove approximately 8 different brands, even the Porsche Macan and Genesis GV70. I chose the 2022 Buick Envision Avenir because of the value and multiple things about it, mainly the way it looks, feels, and drives. Simply excellent. I love driving this car every day. Absolutely love it after 8 months ownership. Zero problems.

This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.

I was currently rolling around in a busted up Lincoln continental that looked like it was old during the bicentennial. The boys took my car in as a trade to help offset the cost of the new car. The best automobile I've ever owned. It's 2024 now and I've really have only had it in the shop for routine maintenance and a recall in transmission. My AC is causing me some issues lately that no one seems to be able to diagnose. I live in S.E Texas and it gets very hot down here so I may have to trade it for a newer one. Love my Buick Enclave.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

I purchased a used vehicle on May 10 of 2025. I actually started the purchase on May 1, but it was for my business and took a little bit longer to secure funding, etc. I work with Frank, who was amazing. I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

As always the Service Staff were professional and friendly. I was updated as to the status of my services I was there for and very pleased.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

When I put in an inquiry for the car I was interested in, I received a call about 30 minutes later from a very nice lady named Alicia Nash. Unfortunately, the car I wanted had just been purchased but, she let me know about other options the dealership had available.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.
