The facility is comfortable and has more of a family feel versus the typical cold demeanor associated with car dealerships.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

They were not lying when they said they make it easy. The easiest car buying experience ever.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I got a great deal on a car from this dealership. I have taken my cars to this dealership for service for years and have received excellent service and repairs.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Great place to buy a car and receive service! They made me feel like a family member. No high pressure, always accommodating! I will return for service and to buy my next car.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

Brandon did a great job answering my questions in the prepurchase. Though he was off the day I flew up, Tim stepped in and showed the vehicle and took the pre purchase information with ease. Lee the finance job was friendly but stuck to business and I appreciated that, he did try to sell me the world only the vehicle. I usually pay cash for my cars and my last purchase the finance guy spend and hour trying to get me to take a loan with them instead. I really appreciated when he finished, he led the way to his door shook my hand and said, "We could visit, but you have a seven hour drive a head you and you need to get on the road." He was right. Love the car. Easy to park. Small back seat. Back seat windows could have more glass. Blocks view. Very driver friendly. Only one arm rest in front- downer.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

It's very smooth to drive and it's a good first car. I have heard of kultiple people using these things past 200,000 miles. I recommend.

Roberts employees were kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They didn?t come on strong with sales tactics. The price they advertise for a vehicle is the price they sell it. Unlike other dealerships that add $4K in additions whether or not you want them. Very pleased with Roberts. I?ll be sending all my friends and family their way.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Ever been to a car lot and they were actually honest with you? I hadn't either till I went here. I had been looking for a car for weeks. I was fed up with the same 4 square...look what we can do for you...I will tell and sell you a dream if you leave today with a car and have buyers remorse because you spent to much BS. Not here at Silver Eagle. Looked at a couple and Aldo (our salesman) was straight honest about what still needed to be done or what they thought they needed to do/look at. Didn't want to send us home with a car that we would call them about a motor or transmission problem. Not how they do business. They helped us figure different ways we could finance. Didn't blow up our phone when we left to think about our decision. I had nothing but a great experience. Answered all questions we had. Followed up to make sure we were truly happy. Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.
