Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

Purchase experience was good. Austen W. was very helpful and well informed. Did not feel pressured to make a decision and appreciate that I was not pressed to purchase any extras or added warranties, etc. Once we made the decision to purchase, the time with the finance manager was pleasant and relaxed. Best car buying experience of my life. Made an online inquiry on Thursday around noon, and by Friday afternoon we were driving to Smart Honda from Omaha to pick up our new Odyssey. Clay Olson was awesome to work with. Prompt, clear, fair, understanding, etc... everything you could want. They made a very fair offer up front on both the sale of their car and the trade value on our old car. I was prepared to negotiate, but I didn't have to. We purchased a new 2018 RDX Accura from Accura of Johnston in November of 2108. So, our initial visit to Accura of Johnston was for a free service courtesy of them. While waiting, we decided to look around at the new 2019 RDX's. Alen Zenkovic, the salesman came out right away and was very personably and kind in showing us the changes in the new 2019 RDX. He let us even take another car out for a drive, however, we decided we liked the RDX better. Long story short, who buys another new car after only seven months? Well, we did! He was very patient and kind and he drew up an offer as we sat across from him in his office for a new 2019 RDX Accura! He was very professional, but very kind in his mannerism in dealing with us. Ended up after wheeling and dealing, and with no pressure on his part and with patience, an offer was agreed upon and we were the new owners of an Accura 2019 RDX. Alen was very kind in showing us all the new technology in the computer system inside the car with patience, as there is a lot to learn! We enjoyed his expertise and kindness in dealing with us! I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

I was looking for an SUV for my daughter and stopped by Kars to test drive a few cars. The first one was a little rough but we found a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that we really liked. The staff was very friendly and gave us a competitive price. We have only had it a week but so far it is a nice car. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for an older car for a pretty good price.

The Regal is sporty yet economical and fun to drive! My son can't wait to turn 16 and be able to drive on his own!

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

I like larger cars,have plenty of trunk space to handle my walker too. Also, I don't care about all the fancy options on the newer models. This Lucerne is perfect for my needs.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.
