I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I was recently in the Jim Click Hyundai Tucson Auto Mall location and although it took a while to get a salesman to help me when I got one finally he was very polite although he needed more information on the cars he was selling. I was looking at an Elantra GT N and he miscalculated the horsepower and performance. It was better than he said because it had more horsepower that he said. Overall my test drive experience was wonderful and I plan on purchasing a new car in about 5 more weeks

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Everything done perfectly!! Left our Corvette at the service dept and walked over for breakfast at a local restaurant and when we arrived back , the car was just about ready for delivery back to us!

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

After a bait and switch with Tucson Subaru where the quoted sale price of my Kia Soulgt went down 2k in three week, I went to CarMax. I had received an internet quotation that was about the original quote from Sabaru. Mr Davenport care the entire process, from a timely appraisal,to all the paperwork, to payment in less than1.5hours. Everyone was engaging, warm and professional. I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

This is a very exceptional automobile featuring many safety features at a very affordable price compared to higher priced vehicles! The car is very attractive and sporty and has earned many admiring comments from people I have met in parking lots. The only drawbacks which might turn off certain prospective buyers are the 3 cylinder turbo engine and the lack of a 4 wheel driving option. Other than that this is a very attractive auto at an unbeatable price!

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!
