The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

My regular service advisor was not on duty so I was greeted by Michael D’Loia who precisely understood that I didn’t want tire rotation service because I had a tire contract elsewhere and that I wanted the air filter I purchased elsewhere to be installed and I would only pay for the install. Also, I wanted the old filter(smile). He graciously noted my requests and after my car was ret’d all of my specifications had been followed. The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned it’s always safe reliable and never breaks down! Drove it to Canada and back in 2024 November! 8 hrs straight with 167k on the motor and he didn’t hesitate to take me their! it’s also a very safe car! I hit a barrier trying to avoid high way accident. All it left was a dent I spun. Around and all. The car started right back up and I went on my way past the accident lol. My sister also hit a a dumpster and the previous owner old lady hit something as well. Not like these new cars they will just shatter like glass and cost a fortune. They are cheap to maintain and easy to work on recently my transmission died at 188k. But it was very cheap to find a replacement with low miles for cheap 450 to be exact. Cars is very affordable and easily modified-able to modernize. Lots of space and huge trunk can also fit 6 people. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these you won’t regret it! Chicks digg the Buick! rides like a dream easy to park lots of room inside can carry whole family or put the seat down for construction load. It has a beautiful body and looks important on the road

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Will was our salesperson and I would tell you hands down to just go straight to him. If they have the car you are looking for he will make sure you go home with it that day. Very personable and at no time did I doubt I would get the deal I needed.!

My baby name is Sunshine. The color I was showed was not the color I got. I love blue when I saw the blue it was different, It didn't pop, I was still like ok whatever, as long as it's blue, she'll grow on me. Before I get her I had only seen one a few yrs back and was puzzled like a buick with a rag top?? Is that a convertible?? Anyway, fast forward... usually when u buy a car u start seeing a lot of them. Well, I didn't so I'm looking at cars (waiting on the delivery of mines) I finally seen the blue I was getting and I was like, ok that's cute. The day of my new arrival. Omg she was more beautiful in person and the Blue was NOT the blue I thought. She popped!!! This baby is beautiful and rides so smooth I wanted something different and she has not disappointed me at all she had 15,910mi I've had her for a lil over 6mos. She sitting at 25k now. Absolutely no regrets i am her third and prayfully her last owner.
