This company and the staff were all wonderful from start to finish!!! After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Browns. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023.
Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!
