Absolute pleasure doing business with Trev and Ben. To be honest I absolutely hate all of the shady tactics that most car dealers employ. Knock on Wood. No problems like the other reviews
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.
