Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I had Great Experience at Jake Sweeney Buick. I called and spoke to George Dirling to see if the vehicle I was looking at online was available. It was and I headed down from Columbus to the their dealership and was welcomed at the door by George who had the 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir washed and up front at the dealership. We took a test drive and came back and I decided it was the vehicle for me to replace my 2008 Buick that was totaled in a recent accident.. George gathered all the info to get the deal taken care of and Steve in finance went thru the payment info for the financing and service contract... They also assisted me to take the rental I was in down the street to the Enterprise Rental and I was able to turn it in there and save a trip back to the dealership. Later in the afternoon I was heading back to Columbus in my 2021 Buick. Still getting acclimated to all the options, and love the Adaptive Cruise driving back home.. I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

As always, I love coming to this dealership, first of all this is where I purchase my car and second, I know I will get the best service. The guys and girl are amazing and friendly. They explain the services I need, and I feel that they are honest and not trying to make me pay for things I don't need. My car is running so smooth. Since I brought the car in 2021, I only needed a tire and new battery. How great is that!! Plus, I love seeing the friendly dog. It feels like a family here.

We bought a new Buick Envision Avenir a few weeks ago and it's a beauty. Styling is beautiful and it handles really nice. Interior is very comfortable.

I set an appointment for 9:00. I arrived at the dealership's service entrance shortly before that time. I was immediately ushered in by a service technician who pleasantly greeted me and asked me to leave my vehicle running with the keys on the dash. He then escorted me to Chuck Reckers, who would take care of me. Chuck was also very pleasant and efficient, executed the necessary paperwork and had me sign those same papers to verify the service that was to be performed. Chuck said everything would be accomplished in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Following that, he escorted me to the beautiful customer's waiting room. The area was spotless, had sofas, work tables and complimentary WIFI setups as well as soft drinks, coffee, ice water and snacks. Very impressive! At about 10:10, Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle's maintenance had been accomplished and I was all set to leave. I love it when companies under promise and over deliver and that's what Jake Sweeney Jeep did for me.

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!
