I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.
