Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I do not have enough good things to say about working with Ivan to get our dream car. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. He got us the exact price we wanted and expected, and was extremely friendly and patient, even when dealing with another customer at the same time towards closing time. Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

It is a great entry-level Buick. Longer than its old self. Handles great. I would like a little better of an interior. I would recommend this car over the old one.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours. I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300. Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.
