I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I've bought somewhere around ten to twelve cars and trucks in my lifetime with most of the experiences being unremarkable and not particularly standing out in any memorable way except when they were bad. This is the first time I've ever made a point to set time aside to write a review after buying a new vehicle and I'm doing it now because I feel I have an obligation to anyone out there giving serious consideration in buying one. Buying a new car or truck can be an extremely stressful experience for a lot of reasons, but picking the right dealership is hands down one of, if not the most, important choices you'll make in the entire process. I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X from Sheehy GMC Fredericksburg, and I can honestly say it was the best vehicle-buying experience I?ve ever had. I?ve bought plenty of trucks over the years, but nothing has ever come close to the level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care I received here. My salesman, Joey Mastin, was exceptional from start to finish. His communication was flawless ? clear, consistent, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right truck, not just making a sale. Joey is exactly the kind of salesperson every dealership wishes they had. A huge shoutout also goes to DJ Bruce, the General Manager. DJ and the team went above and beyond to give me an extremely good deal on my new truck and an excellent trade-in allowance on the one I brought in. As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

Hassle free and easy! I did not feel pressured at all. Every thing was explained to me. All the staff were welcoming and very friendly.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

They seem very honest and fair. Leon (salesman) was very professional and not at all pushy.

Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

David in service for new sales was very helpful today in my wife’s 2023 Outlander. Had one customer show up 4 hours early for her car appt. She was a pistol nothing but negative everything. To make a long story short is that she brought in a full bag the size of a Walmart bag full of trash to throw away. Apparently she said the waiting room trash can was full so she laid the bag on top of trash cans. One of the Slack sisters thought that someone left there medicine bag etc. the next thing I know David was asked to empty the trash. He is a busy guy. Someone could have asked one of the lot attendants etc. told the lady to push into trash can because they were not full.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

We had an excellent experience at Sullivan Auto Trading Inc. Everyone assisting us was friendly, helpful, and professional. We've purchased two cars from them, and even though we're an hour away, we would probably go to Sullivan first when looking for our next car.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I had my Chevrolet Suburban in for repairs and April Myers the service representative helped resolve my repairs that wasn?t covered under my Easycare warranty. I am not happy with Easycare warranty services as they would cover a full radio replacement but with still having issues with the radio would not cover any additional repairs related to the radio. Thank You to April and her service manager at the Sheehy Fredericksburg Virginia location.

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Penny had helped me look at another vehicle earlier in my car buying process and I was ecstatic when the car I ended up buying was at Radley. Penny made my car buying experience very comfortable. I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

Originally I went to the dealership to get a truck, but it was already in the process of getting sold. Eric was able to not only get me the exact same truck I wanted, but also one with the color I preferred. Price was great, and the customer service was top notch. Friendly, great communication, and very patient in dealing with a complicated purchase arrangement. I would definitely recommend the dealer, and would buy from them again.

Only owned for 2 weeks. So far a good ride. Can’t speak to reliability as haven’t put many miles on it. Looking forward to doing so.
