My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

My experience was great ,Jesse and associates were very professional. Had a contaminated gas situation which ruined the engine. They worked with the insurance company and located another engine and in reasonable time were able to complete the work. They took care of all paperwork with ins. I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. I purchased my 2023 Trail Blazer from Kevern P., after a brief conversation made me feel important and that I could trust him in that I was going to be treated fairly. I did not go into Tasca looking to buy at that time, however I left with my new vehicle. On 9/13/2023 I brought my vehicle in for a recall to have a part installed that wasn't available at build time. I met Tiffany P., in service and was welcomed and explained what had to be done and how long it would take. Tiffany was right on target and very pleasant / easy to work with. So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I brought my car to have the trunk switch replaced, which had failed and the only way that I could open the trunk was using with the car's remote. The switch replacement took less than an hour to perform and I'm glad that that the functionality has been successfully restored.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I was in the market for a used full-sized truck. I found one online at Meadows Motors. When I went there to test drive it, there was a nicer F-150 parked next to the GMC I originally set out to test. I ended up buying that day. There was an issue in the rear axle and Gary had me bring it in for a repair. They took care of it immediately. Unfortunately a couple of weeks later the power steering went. Again, fixed right away. Here's the best part, right after I bought the truck the paint above the rear wheel wells on both sides started bubbling and cracking. I looked it up and apparently this was a known Ford issue. When I brought the truck in for the power steering repair I never even mentioned the paint. I chalked it up to "well, it's a Ford issue not Meadows problem". Gary called me and told me that they would bring it to an auto body shop and have it fixed free of charge. I've always bought used cars, and this is the best experience I've ever had by far. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

My purchase at Uxbridge Auto could not have gone more smoothly. The employees were friendly, helpful, and provided plenty of space and flexibility to examine and test drive their cars. When I finally came to a decision, the finalization process went off without a hitch, and my salesperson made sure to show me all the car's features before I drove it off the lot. For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I have never had a bad experience at Tasca. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL.
