I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

This dealership has all you would possibly want. Their cars are more than what you expect from a smaller dealership. The used cars are low mileage and look like they just came out of the showroom. Financings are easy to get and the sales people are truly amazing. Elizabeth not only found me the exact car I was looking for but she treated me like I was a part of her family. In fact even after owning my car for 10 months now, she still treats me like part of her family. I will never buy a car from any other dealership or salesperson ever

The whole process took about two and a half hours, which is a record. I didn’t even notice the time. Coffee, test drive, paperwork. It felt like a regular errand, not a stressful purchase. Very warm experience.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Buying a used car is almost always a gamble for both the buyer and the dealer. In my opinion, this is a pretty trustworthy place, and they've been doing it for 38 years. Longevity for a used car business is commendable. I bought from out of state, unseen, except through a virtual tour through Lance to my satisfaction. First, they drove me to/from Enterprise where I dropped off my one-way rental, and took me to the tag/notary place. After inspecting the truck, everything was as expected other than a pretty good oil spot under the pan. Concerning, of course. Without hesitation, they pulled it to the back, diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it, and I was able to make the 6 hour return trip trouble free in my new (used) truck. Bottom line: they were honest, fair-priced, friendly, and went out of their way for me. Something might happen to my used truck over time, but it will not be because of them. Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

Overall, a great place to do business. Bought 3 vehicles here and have them serviced here. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. Out of my way to go there, but worth it.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape and I had some problems with it but they took care of the problem with no hesitation I would definitely recommend buying from Drive Time

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I had great experience with Eric Pena at Abeloff Nissan. He did good in getting all the necessary arrangements and document processes done for me to get my Nissan car. I'm excited to buy this car from this dealership with the help of Eric and everyone there. The workers have nice smiles to catch your attention and I love that about them.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.
