Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

We couldn't have had a better experience. Josh was amazing and one of the nicest people you could meet. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Another fast and successful visit. Stayed while the work was done and waiting area was great as usual. Work took less time than expected which is also a bonus. Ashleigh did a great job keeping me in the loop.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

So,we have a 14 Traverse and wife wanted smaller SUV.We were gonna get an Esape Titanium,but happened across this tiny gem of Envision PREMIUM II. Great ride,the amenities are many,loved AC seats in the heat with sunroof open.phenomenal ride,yes,gas mileage not as good as hoped,better than my Traverse though.Gove this title guy a try,4cul turbo is a go,and it hugs the curves!!!!

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I had a great experience buying a used car from Zeigler Honda of Racine. There were no hidden fees, the car was in great condition, and it matched the fair pricing shown online. I am typically wary of salespeople, but I had a very positive experience with Johnny S and Chris E. They helped us will all of our questions and discussed our options, and did not make us feel uncomfortable or like they were trying to take advantage of us at any point. I think the only negative I can say about the experience was that we had to drive 3 hours round trip to get this positive of an experience!

Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. This was my second time buying my new car at ray chevrolet and I couldn?t be happier. I was lucky enough to work with Rupe both times and he took great care of me. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.
