it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

Went just to browse the lot, was met by salesperson Cindy, had no intention on buying at that time. She showed me options from the information I gave her within my price range. She was very personable and attentive, she was assisted by Michael who also was very knowledgeable about the inventory. I ended up going with a Volkswagen Tiguan, found a Taos for my fiancé, and my brother ended up buying a Ranger. The entire staff made us feel like family; from Steven and another I forgot his name in service, to Lynette in finance, Brice, the wonderful lady that located my fiancée’s vehicle (forgot her name also), and of course Cindy and Michael. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle there as well, after about 5 years with my Tiguan, and recommending them to anyone that I can who needs a car! It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

Quality of used vehicle was what was advertised. Salesman were friendly but one was a little pushy to close the deal. My payment is higher than I originally wanted. All in all I would buy there again.

I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!

Service department is very knowledgeable about various car issues and gave great options on how to resolve each issue. They were friendly and answered to the best of their ability all the questions I asked. I was happy with the quality of service I received in addition to the quick turnaround time.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

He was very professional and answered all our questions and made us comfortable with the entire process. I really appreciated the IT class with Dan Medberry. It was a great help since it has been a long time since we purchased a new vehicle. A lot has changed! Both Javier and Dan are to be commended for the fine job they do.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

This is the best experience I've had buying a vehicle in the quad cities. I've bought a truck from Mills, an SUV from Lujacks, and a car from Courtesy. The only buying experience I recommend, is from Dahl. Not only are the sales personnel not pushy (ask for Travis, you'll have a great experience.), the finance department will go to great lengths to get you an awesome rate. I had a great experience, and would recommend them to anyone that was interested in buying a new Ford.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

My husband and I actually left the car lot after driving a couple trucks, as we drove down the road and thought about all the knowledge we were told about the Silverado that we drove . we turned around and went back and we bought the truck! I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.
