Ive been in the car business for almost 18 years now and today I had one of the easiest, seamless, and outright outstanding experiences with my sales consultant Nick Cardillo, and General Manager Miles Bedford. I came from out of state to make the deal, and Im a bit particular with how I like my vehicle delivered so I gave Nick a task list before I got there to make it quicker and easier on him at the end of the month and he hit it out of the park. I was in and out in less than 1 hour with my new Hummer EV. He even made a special trip on his day off to make everything was perfect for me. I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

A quality dealership in all respects. Knowledgable personel in sales, finance, parts and service. We?ve been dealing with this dealership for nearly a decade since moving to RI. We have either purchased or traded in several vehicles with the promised hassle free process. Our vehicles are always serviced/repaired right the first time at a reasonable cost.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I purchased my 2023 Trail Blazer from Kevern P., after a brief conversation made me feel important and that I could trust him in that I was going to be treated fairly. I did not go into Tasca looking to buy at that time, however I left with my new vehicle. On 9/13/2023 I brought my vehicle in for a recall to have a part installed that wasn't available at build time. I met Tiffany P., in service and was welcomed and explained what had to be done and how long it would take. Tiffany was right on target and very pleasant / easy to work with. Both experiences with Tasca personnel was a pleasure, Thank you.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Due to a national backorder of a part my truck took over 120 days to return. Gates GMC did inform me thru the process

I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

This is my first new car in 21 years. My bonneville after 275,000 miles finally decided it was tired. Mike at Ettleson made my experience painless. For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

My experience was great ,Jesse and associates were very professional. Had a contaminated gas situation which ruined the engine. They worked with the insurance company and located another engine and in reasonable time were able to complete the work. They took care of all paperwork with ins. Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

Two and a half years later our salesman, tom frat, is still going above and beyond for us!! He arranged a service for my truck, got me an appointment and the truck fixed in no time. This man is a true people person and knows customer service like the back of his hand. Tom needs to be recognized for his ability to ALWAYS TAKE OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST!

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I contact this dealership regarding a 2012 BMW X5. They actually drove it down to their Johnston Honda dealership for me to have a look and take it for a test drive. I truly appreciated this as I did not have time to make the trip to Newport.
