I had Great Experience at Jake Sweeney Buick. I called and spoke to George Dirling to see if the vehicle I was looking at online was available. It was and I headed down from Columbus to the their dealership and was welcomed at the door by George who had the 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir washed and up front at the dealership. We took a test drive and came back and I decided it was the vehicle for me to replace my 2008 Buick that was totaled in a recent accident.. George gathered all the info to get the deal taken care of and Steve in finance went thru the payment info for the financing and service contract... They also assisted me to take the rental I was in down the street to the Enterprise Rental and I was able to turn it in there and save a trip back to the dealership. Later in the afternoon I was heading back to Columbus in my 2021 Buick. Still getting acclimated to all the options, and love the Adaptive Cruise driving back home.. This car has been wonderful. I bought it new after researching many cars. It has lived up to the hype. It rides wonderfully, the turbo kicking in is smooth and quick. It is very safe for my family with all the safety features and is easy to maintain. I love the all wheel drive, adaptive cruise control, blind spot and very comfortable power everything including leather power seats with memory and navigation and hands free calling. Yoohoo!

As always, I love coming to this dealership, first of all this is where I purchase my car and second, I know I will get the best service. The guys and girl are amazing and friendly. They explain the services I need, and I feel that they are honest and not trying to make me pay for things I don't need. My car is running so smooth. Since I brought the car in 2021, I only needed a tire and new battery. How great is that!! Plus, I love seeing the friendly dog. It feels like a family here.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

(it wasn't dealer's fault) The "fine print" just was a little too fine and the vehicle I came to see didn't have all the features I was looking for. Great experience just the same!

I am in process of purchasing a car here all the way from Chicago. After bad experiences with local dealerships, I went online to find the car I wanted at a competitive price. I found an Atlas Premium R Line Trim and handled the entire interaction by phone. Everyone was great to deal with and I?m waiting for delivery to be confirmed now. They were a little slow following up at first but they assured me it was because they were busy. Everyone has been pleasant, operate with integrity, and everything they said they honored. I honestly I had my guard up until I signed the documents because of what I?m used to when you deal with dealerships. The previous dealer added a $1995.00 ?pre-owned certification fee? which he graciously waived if I would close the deal. Along with other fees and misleading information we walked out of that dealership. I?m so glad we did because I found the SAME EXACT car for less including the delivery fee. They even got me a better interest rate than my local credit union.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

Bought this car after my wife said she missed her old Solara convertible. She loves it. Drives well. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint so far is that the trunk is small—and with the top down it’s almost non-existent. Her golf clubs ride in the front seat. We’ve only had it two weeks, so can’t comment meaningfully on reliability. But she loves it.

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.
