We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

The people their were amazing. They were very helpful and kind. They go over and beyond for their customers.

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

Such an awesome experience here. TJ was very friendly and helpful and got everything done so quickly! After getting the run around at so many other dealerships, it's refreshing to see a dealership as straightforward and transparent as they are.

Bought one in 2010 with 32k miles on it. Head gasket failed at 110k. Thwy are known for this failure. $1000 repair including timing belt and water pump. Used an after market gasket. Car continued another 124k miles with regular service/oil changes/tires/brakes. Best car ever. Would still have it if it hadn't been rear ended and totaled on the highway. Car saved my life.

Long story short...bought a car from these guys and the check engine ligh came on... granted it was for my daughter. Was told to bring the car in... I was a bit angry that i bought this car two weeks ago and already a problem. Turns out our little angel has been fueling up while it was running and tripped the light... A great car. I have owned a 2005 2.2 Saturn Vue base model fwd in chili pepper red since April of 2023. Bought it with 136k miles, it now has 160k miles. Only things I've done to it in that time is oil changes, steering rack, battery, spark plugs and coil assembly, tires, brakes, the ac needed serviced, installed new struts, and had new belts thrown on. I paid 3k for it used private party, have put about 1200 dollars into it over 24k miles. It is really a great car. The only reason I give low score on exterior is the panels rattle quite a bit at 20 years of age in Arizona. Interior is just cheap mid 2000s plastic fantastic. For performance, the 2.2 eco tec is not going to set a land speed record and you have to floor it pretty much everywhere to keep up with traffic. Very good option if you have a lead foot or a lot of previous speeding tickets. Although the interior is cheap the cabin is comfy. Overall I rate this 20 yr old car a 5 because it has been extremely reliable and never let me down or left me stranded.

In spite of this crazy market and searching for 4 Months they had the best deal I could find and exceeded my expectations. Motaz was my sales person and he was extremely helpful.

This car met all my needs throughout the time I have owned it, really really reliable car, really good on gas, and just plain out amazing.

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

I’m writing this as a Lexus customer after 7 years of ownership and over 100k of miles on the NX300 MY2019. This 5 star customer support is not found in car salespeople! I Highly Recommend Dale Roeglin for your next Lexus purchase. The Brookfield Lexus dealership is also 5 star, the showroom is spotless year round, several models on showroom floor all meticulously parked and aligned to the polished tile floor. And have you seen a cleaner customer restroom? These details do matter, and all the support staff, above and below sales have always shown high class on every visit. The 2019 Lexus NX300 F Sport Ultrasonic Blue has been without question the BEST vehicle I’ve ever purchased! You often hear of Lexus reputation regarding quality and I’m writing to say it is true, without question! In 100k mi & 7 years of ownership, not one major or minor repair! The cost of ownership was general maintenance as recommended every 5k or 10k miles. Brakes, Tires and Oil changes, that’s it! I can’t recommend another Brand that even comes close, and I’ve owned several over 45years.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

My sales consultant, Lukas Hale, was down-to-earth and personable - and I sincerely enjoyed working with him. In terms of finance, they did honor my OTD price, but sales were a bit high pressure and I would like more time to review the fine print before signing.

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

Recently purchased 2012 G25X. Car has 125k miles and came well serviced and cared for . Replaced my Acura RDX that was pushing 200 k miles. The G25 drives excellent.Smooth sufficient power and comfortable. Will replace with newer G37 in a few years

Brian was pleasant, not what I was expecting. The whole process was fine. I did not buy a car off of the lot, but if the right one showed up I would consider it.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.
