I would just like to recognize Rondell Douglass and his team at Cadillac Dealership of Greenwich CT for a job well done! I noticed an issue concerning the warning service light in a recently purchased Escalade. As a result, my boss, the owner, was nervous and about to taking a long trip. As her assistant, I was understandably worried that it couldn't be addressed in time. Enter Rondell Douglas, Sales Manager I contacted Ron and explained to him the situation. Before I could blink my eyes, he said that he would take care of it right away. "Bring the car up as soon as you can and I will have my guys take care of it". I drove up right away to the dealership. The first thing I noticed was how inviting, modern and spotless condition of the dealership and its repair facility. It looked like it was brand new or remodeled. I was greeted by Ron himself and his repair manager Luke who quickly in processed vehicle. Ron brought me into the lounge area. Comfortable Lounge Chairs WiFi Coffee and charging stations were made available to me. He said he wanted to do a thorough diagnostic test and inspection to rule out any issues and could take some time so make yourself comfortable. Which is exactly what I did. Ron came in one last time to offer a Loaner in case I needed to go back to NYC. I said that I was good for the day. Later I asked I let him know that I was going to run a few errands and was going to walk into town. He insisted in offering a loaner which I gladly accepted. Within 10-15 minutes I had a fresh washed Caddy waiting for me to drive around. I did a few things grabbed lunch and returned to the dealership. When I came back the car was ready to go. Ron's associate Luke explained that a full diagnostic test was completed with a full inspection to validate results and no faults found. The computer system was reset and I was on my way. Everything was covered on warranty. I tried to tip them but they refused saying that as a client and our job to make sure you are satisfied and happy with the results. And I sure was especially my boss, greatly relieved was able to make her trip with out delay. We have not had an issue ever since. I had an overall great experience leasing a car at TASCA Hyundai located in Hartsdale, NY yesterday. I worked with a sales rep named Abraham, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me as I took over 3 hours(!!) to make a decision on which one of several cars to lease. From the moment I walked in, Abraham was welcoming and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, went on two test drives with me, answered (or found out answers to) all of my questions, and made the entire car-leasing process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated that he explained all of my options clearly and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. I highly recommend visiting TASCA Hyundai (Bonus: they were able to price match a competitor) and asking for Abraham.

I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed

I'm just 3 weeks into owning and driving this new car, having accepted that my 300,000 mile 22 year old Olds couldn't be rejuvenated. The CT5 is a fine looking intermediate sized sedan. The dealership support seems solid. I think I have mastered the most important 2/3 of what all the switches and controls do. We have the twin-turbo engine and, as advertised, it accelerates well. The jury is out on the run-flat tires and nonexistent equipment to change a tire. The car could use more headroom in the rear seats. But there is lots to like as well. The heads-up display is great and I've configured the dashboard to monitor things I want like tire pressure and coolant temperature (among many other possible things). It connects well with my mobile phone and charges while doing this. The basic radio pulls in all sorts of stations. It feels well constructed and I was delighted to learn almost all of the car was made in the US, Canada, or Mexico. It is a pleasure to drive and it induced me to pick up a copy of Aretha Franklin's Freeway of Love singing about her Pink Cadillac, even if mine is white.

I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.

Confirmed the car was available over the phone, made an appointment to see the car, and it was ready to go when I came in. First, this is not a small car. Not huge, but noteworthy. Second, this is a 2.0, 4 cylinder that absolutely shines! I'd read reviews claimed it's unimpressive and sluggish. No, this ISN'T a race car, but it was certainly whisk through traffic and engulf the highway with nimble agility. Modern electronics and wireless CarPlay make this a wonderful driving experience! Gorgeous lines, ample lighting and a decent sized trunk make this your next favorite sedan.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

Luis & staff was great, didn't over charge for my oil change and other request to check out issues on my Cadillac, I brought my Pathfinder to them for service and I do not have any regrets of their recommendations/suggestions thank you for all you do...
