I had a new 2011 CTS coupe back in 2011. Loved the car and always regretted not keeping it. Recently bought a super low mileage 2014 and still think it is probably the best all-around car I've ever had. That includes Mercedes and Porsches. Terrific combination of ride and handling. Are there better handling cars? Of course, but they ride like a truck. The super smooth and quiet 318 HP V6 moves the car very impressively. The fit and finish in the interior is as good as it gets. I read a previous post where an owner was complaining about differential failure and that the diff had been discontinued. I think he is probably misinformed. A manufacturer cannot discontinue a key component like a differential only a year or two after supplying it in a vehicle. Federal law mandates that replacement parts have to be available for ten years after being used in a new car.

Little pricey but the old adage fits ( you get what you pay for ). Smooth powerful vehicle. Very comfortable. Plus when you drive a caddy people think your rich.ha nice ride.

I bought my 2014 CTS Coupe in 2015, and I don't anticipate getting a new car anytime soon. When I saw the car online, I loved the sporty look and design. I have the premium pkg. with black diamond coat paint. I've received so many compliments about it, and at 7 years old, people still stop me and love it. It's been very reliable and only been in the shop about 3 times, and combined, the service totals are under $1500. The 3.6 L scratches my need for speed, it has been to 140 mph without any concern. The Bose system is great, I love loud music which it provides. I love this car. It will make my next car choice will be disappointing I'm sure!

Exterior is distinctive. Interior especially the dash is very impressive. CUE has a learning curve getting used to. CUE touchscreen is subject to fingerprints and hard to see because of sunlight glare. Excellent performance and comfort.

If you're not giving David Ventura level service, then you're missing the mark. David IS the standard. I'm on a 20,000 mile loop roadtrip in my Mercedes Van down from Alaska and started having issues with my Brakes. I stopped in with no appointment, told them my situation, and they immediately got me in. From the second I arrived, I was immediately greeted with kindness, attention and urgency from David Ventura. We sat down, ran through my issues while David asked important follow up questions and took detailed notes. During the inspection, David came to the waiting area and gave me multiple updates, time estimates, and ensured i was comfortable and in the loop. He brought the mechanic in to directly talk to me about what they were seeing. Upon wrapping things up, I came out to find my Van not only fixed, but freshly washed and parked directly outside the front door for me. I felt like Royalty for the first time in my life. (dirty van guy from Alaska) I left feeling important, heard, appreciated, and most importantly, they made me feel like a friend. The dreaded aura of service appointments was nowhere to be found in my mind. It was the best 5 star service experience i've ever had. Thank You, David Ventura. I have never owned a Cadillac, but WOW! This thing has EVERYTHING you could ever want AND things I didn't know I needed. I had to watch a youtube video to learn about it!

The styling and performance are top notch while its not like the Cadillac your grandfather or father once drove. High performance and technologically advanced but not a comfortable car to drive or to take long distances unless you change out the run flat tires it came with. Luckily I purchased the tire/wheel package otherwise I would have had to puchase 5 replacement tires, one cracked rim and 3 other rims that had to be repaired in just little over a year or 8k miles. I don't beat on my car and its garaged all the time however the New York roads show no mercy to any run flat low profile tire. When my tire/wheel warranty expires I will have no choice but to replace all my run flat tires with regular low profiles because they just don't hold up to pot holes in New York.

Great car, great gas mileage, kinda sporty and fun to drive, drives well in the snow. I used it to go to and from college 2.5 hours each way.
