i bought a 86 pontiac 2+2 . my credit union was not still in my state, so needed a co op credit union . they did not do that amount of money with out signed documents from my home credit union .mgm worked with me to get my payment worked through. it took a couple of weeks . when car got here there was a oversight with a maintenance issue .we talked back and forth we reached a agreement and they helped to fix the problem.in my case everything worked out

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. I love my car but come on! How many people have I seen online with the exact problem OVERHEATING!! Did the makers do this on purpose? It seems to me they did! I was headed to work 25 miles away from home & yep over heated out of the blue. Replaced tensioner pulley belt and thermostat. Again! Replaced water pump still overheating! Then both front wheel bearings out at the same time replaced. Replaced over flow tanks cap. Throttle position sensor and vehicle speed sensor plus went through $300 worth of antifreeze no joke! Why are us cadillac owners having the exact same issue? That's not fair! I tell you people will do anything for money so sad! We should get some kind of repayment!

I purchased a 96 Caprice from this dealer.....buying experience was top notch. They answered all of my many questions about the car, negotiated price with me and had the car delivered in record time. The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. I bought my mom's 1996 Deville she bought new in 2015 a year before she passed in 2016 with 81,000 miles. I have replaced all the motor seals as recommending by GM service, transmission rebuilt, rebuilt the suspension, axles, brakes, AC/Heater, replaced gas tank, rims and tires, as well as upgraded the audio system with navigation, XM radio and Bluetooth. What I found out at my 1st service, this base DeVille was chipped for 300 hp not the base 275 and still a fun car to drive with only 114,560 miles on it and it does not burn oil, no leaks, I get 22-24 miles a gallon on road trips @ 75-80. mph As someone mentioned, if something sounds off, go get it fixed, parts are hard to find and not cheap, the repair costs are also expensive as most Cadillac dealerships do not understand how to fix it. So, find a mechanic that you trust and knows the NorthStar motor, auto ride suspension and transmission as those are the expensive repairs. But still love the car and enjoy taking it on trips.

I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.
