I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

My wife and I live in Columbia MO. We found a 1995 Eagle Talon Esi at Emerald Auto in Houston when searching for a replacement for our 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse that needs a motor replacement. The Eagle Talon Saad had in stock only had 40,851 miles on it. Our mechanic wanted 5k for an engine with 80k miles and 3k to install it. Needless to say, it is now our project car, and this Eagle Talon will be taking its place as our backup vehicle. Saad was easy to speak to and we even did the deal all remote! He let me know some of the issues with the vehicle before we decided to buy which to me speaks to his character. The best part of this is he was able to ship us the car not even 48 hours after purchasing it. BLEW OUR MIND!!!! Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I very recently bought a 2025 LYRIQ from the Sewell family. I have exclusively driven Acura’s (10ea) for the past 15 years but decided to take the plunge and go all electric. Acura didn’t have a good option, so I did my research and settled on the LYRIQ as the best option balancing design, reliability, and the features I wanted. I tried a dealership in the far North Houston area and while they were nice, they lacked follow up when I decided to make a purchase. I then tried Sewell and am so glad I did. I have to say it was the most hassle-free experience to buy a new car in nearly 50 years of experience. My salesperson was Cailee Thames, and she was fabulous. She answered all my questions, and I very quickly got what I think was an exceptionally fair price, based on my research. I never had to go through the traditional drill of “let me get the sales manager” who then wants to upsell. I dealt only with Cailee. Since I needed my wife to come back and make the final decision, I was prepared to pay a deposit to hold it, but Cailee said that’s not the way they do business. A handshake held the car for several days before we could get back. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and focused on the customer. All the closing documents were done online and provided in print form. Of course, the car was flawless, inside and out. About a week after I got the car, I decided I wanted to get the Tesla charger adapter. I called the closer dealer, and they quoted me $400+ so I went back to Cailee who got it for me at $225, as we had discussed earlier. I live a long way from them and wanted it shipped to save the drive and expected I’d have to pay for shipping, but no, the parts department said they would take care of it, and it went out the same day. So, my bottom line is that the Sewell dealership does treat you like a “customer for life” from the beginning of the experience. I can highly recommend buying from Sewell, even if they are not the closest to you. And if you’re lucky enough to be assigned Cailee, you’ll be even happier .

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

There were no hidden fees, they were transparent about small cosmetic flaws we would never have see in pictures but since we couldn’t be there in person she sent us videos walking around the car showing every detail. Small flaws were repaired for us before the car shipped. Literally, the car is better than we could have hoped for! As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Because Tyler the Wolverine Deserves a Cape (and Probably a Raise) Let me just start by saying?I came into this Chevy dealership ready to test drive a car I found online and roll out like a boss. But? the car was awful. Like, ?Oh no, absolutely not? awful. Enter Tyler the Wolverine, who did not run for the hills when I turned into an indecisive, mildly neurotic car shopper (bless him). Instead, he rolled up his sleeves and got to work finding me something that actually made sense for my life. We had a few tech gremlins pop up in the process (as they do), but Tyler stayed calm, professional, and relentlessly positive?like some kind of car-selling, problem-solving spirit animal. Just when I thought I was leaving with one electric car, boom, last-minute glitch, and we had to switch cars at 8:30 at night. Did he panic? Nope. AJ the finance wizard came in clutch and had the paperwork handled like a boss, explaining everything with patience and clarity?even while the clock was ticking. And then?because life loves drama?I left with barely any charge in my new EV. Tyler literally handed me cash for a nearby charger (legend), and when I pulled up to the station? HE WAS ALREADY THERE. After hours. At night. Walking me through the charge process like it was just another part of the job. But wait?it gets better. I live in a small town with very limited charging options, so when things got a little tricky, Tyler (aka Wolverine) drove on his own time on a SUNDAY and overnighted me a charger. Who does that? Seriously. Also huge shoutout to Anthony, the first person I started with. He had a doctor?s appointment the day I came in but STILL stopped by afterward just to meet me and help. He and Tyler truly teamed up like Marvel superheroes and helped me every step of the way?through the charging chaos, the car switcheroo, and all the wild in-between. If you want a dealership that treats you like a real person (even when you?re slightly frazzled and running on vibes), ask for Tyler and Anthony. They went above and beyond in ways that you just don?t see anymore. And if Chevy doesn?t give them a raise, I will personally start a petition.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I had a real good experience at Central Houston Cadillac. Kevin our Service Writer made everything a pleasant visit for my first oil change on my wife’s car. I went to the customer service waiting area and got a cup of coffee. Well, the cup of coffee was great. I had to wait for the coffee to cool down because it was extremely super hot. I had to use a second cup because I couldn’t hold the single cup of coffee, could have used a third cup. Finally when it did cooldown and was able to take a few sips, Kevin came in and said my car ready. It had been about an hour or so after I got there. I told him, that it was a quick service. Lol. I signed my receipt and was on my way back home. I just want to thank Kevin for a good pleasant service. But I didn’t get my free complimentary car washed, because it was raining the day I came in. Walter, my car salesman when I bought the car in January 2023, promised me we could get our car washed anytime, all I had to do was to drive in anytime and have the car washed. So, I’ll be in to have it washed sometime soon. Thanks.
