Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Negotiations were respectful and he took the time to listen attentively and made certain that all my questions were answered. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Of significance, my spouse had purchased a vehicle the week before and his positive experience made it possible for me to want to return to the dealership to purchase a new car. Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.

The gas mileage is not good. My headlight went bad The mechanic says These cars are bad for the baluster going out. The wheels sounds squeaky.
